Singing Aasal Oru Pulveli and Vazhi Parthirundhen for the movie Attakathi, which featured Santhosh Narayanan as the music director, were his debut Tamil songs. He is currently working on several projects, including the song Pogaadhey Kanmaniye for the movie Veera.

Pradeep Kumar’s Early Life and Career
Pradeep Kumar was born in Trichy, Tamilnadu, India, in December 1986. Pradeep Kumar’s parents are Vijaya Kumar, a police officer, and Lalitha Vijayakumar, a music teacher. He finished school and pursued his engineering degree in Trichy. Lalitha Vijayakumar, his mother, is the one who taught him the craft of Carnatic music. Furthermore, in the Tamil film 36 Vayathinile directed by Santhosh Narayanan, his mother Lalitha Vijayakumar debuted as a playback singer.
Later on, he began learning music under his first guru, J. Venkataraman, at the Alathur School of Music. He decides to drop out of college and pursue engineering instead of music. He will then return to his career and complete his audio engineering diploma program, where he will gain more knowledge about sound composition. He sang several Carnatic songs and made numerous appearances in reveals. He wed Kalyani Nair, his co-signer, temporarily. Additionally, he made his debut as a composer with the Telugu film Maine Pyar Kiya.
